With Gimp version 2.10.34, the "Hue-Saturation-and-Lightness" tool doesn't work.

All widgets of the toolbox window works, execpt the "OK" button, so that it's not
possible to clic OK to validate the color changes.

(possible work-around, use the -modulate option, with image-magick, and load back
the corresponding layer)
