$ unzip gegl-ocaml-0.01.zip

$ cd gegl-ocaml-0.01/

$ patch -p1 < ../gegl-ocaml-0.02.patch
$ cd ../

$ mv gegl-ocaml-0.01/ gegl-ocaml-0.02/

$ ls gegl-ocaml-0.02/
